2012 EVENTS
 
The 2012 Missouri Simmental Association Annual Meeting and Juniors Awards Banquet was held March 16 at the Eldon High School Agriculture Building.  Committee reports were given and upcoming events discussed.  ASA Trustee Scott Cowger updated the group on national activities.  Thank you to directors Ed Vest and Todd Kanoy retiring after 6 years service on the board.  Congratulations to newly elected directors Brian Wilson and Aaron Owen.  Directors Ryan Ranes and Don Fischer were reelected.  Our speaker, Brenda Black updated us on activities at the Missouri CattleWomen's Assn and the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Researdch Board and her personal life experiences.
