Hotel fundraiser Kara Cloud No responses to replace fundraiser to help with fundraiser. The only date posted on the website is the National classics…has a preview show in 2025, maybe a cattlemen show. Add herdsman award for junior reward… maybe $25,000 designated for hotel scholarship and clipping fees. 2026 with sweepstakes… maybe. Kara wants a list of juniors who bought heifers for the extravaganza.
Morgan added that she can add to the web page. Morgan went over the web page. Sale info - please text her so she can add the dates to the website. Three levels for the website; $100 to put it to the top of the list. The top tier would be on the top page… max of three… Members only for now. Barry - compare it to the membership issue. Online payments for one time purchases is an option.
Are the bylaws on the website? Someone, please give to Morgan.

Banquet debrief - Amanda thankful. 68 present for the banquet. Food was good. $1500in banquet sponsorship. Awards - yes! We need junior awards, at the banquet Maybe a family of the year, at the fall meeting. Breeder of the year for adults..??
Sale debrief… Jeremy will send checks Friday. 13.5% commission for the sale. On Oct 15th, we had 99 head.. We lost 50 head and went to 50. 12.5% in the past, Barry will check Jeremy's math on that. Barry was frustrated with the sale this year… there were things that happened prior to the sale that drove him nuts. Emily refuses to share the artwork with us to promote our sale. When we went to print, the printer started to ask who to remain the catalog to…. Jeremy has been doing the sale for 6 years and should be making these decisions. We are not getting our fare share. Barry is super frustrated…
Barry set the date to the 8th or the 22nd of November in 2025. Amanda agrees withe the 8th. And Ed agrees.
